Sarmas, dolmas, flatbreads and pickles!

Dolma bar has been an idea I've been wanting to bring to life for some time now. It was the catalyst behind many projects. Now it is coming to life in its purest form. Dolmas and sarmas, stuffed and wrapped, are such incredible parcels of flavour that celebrate life. They require skill and attention and are one of my favourite mediums of culinary expression. From the Balkans to the Middle East, treasured, they are ancient and auspicious. Collecting, discovering and coming up with dolma recipes is a joy and passion that I intend to share with you through this project. I promise they will take you places and I hope you enjoy it.
